This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law N° 29733, Personal Data Protection Act, its Regulation approved by S.D. 003-2013-JUS and Directive 01-2020-JUS/DGTAIPD.
Peruchoche Asesores Financieros S.A.C., with Tax ID 20613547821 and address at Av. Camino Real 348, office 1402, San Isidro, Lima 15073, Peru, is the controller of the personal data bank registered before the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing forms, such as first name, surname, email, telephone, Tax ID where applicable and communication preferences. We additionally log technical browsing data: IP address, operating system and browser type.
Your data are used to send you the official surplus planning guide, coordinate free sessions with our specialists, send communications related to the 2026 national financial literacy programme, answer enquiries, generate anonymised statistical reports and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We retain your data for a maximum period of ten (10) years from the last interaction, unless a different legal retention obligation applies or you exercise your right to cancellation.
Your data are not transferred abroad. They may only be shared with supervisory bodies such as the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFPs (SBS) or SUNAT when required by the Peruvian regulatory framework.
You may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) at any time by writing to privacidad@peruchoche.com. We will respond within a maximum of twenty (20) business days, in accordance with national regulations.
If you consider that the processing has not been carried out in accordance with the Law, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPDP) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru.
