These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the peruchoche.com website, owned by Peruchoche Asesores Financieros S.A.C., an entity registered at SUNARP under Electronic Entry N° 14392108.
2. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the site in compliance with current Peruvian law, public morality and good practices. The use of the portal for fraudulent purposes, unauthorised commercial activity or in a manner that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.
3. Intellectual property
All contents, trademarks, logos, structure, source code and graphic elements of the site are owned by Peruchoche or duly licensed, and are protected by Decision 351 of the Andean Community and Legislative Decree N° 822.
4. Limitation of liability
The information offered has an educational and guidance nature. It does not constitute binding personalised financial advice. Peruchoche does not guarantee specific economic returns and recommends evaluating each decision with an accredited advisor.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Judges and Courts of the Judicial District of Lima, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
